Prices

All prices are in USD
Prices are subject to change depending on the details/complexity of the commission

Terms of Service

The client is required to read and agree to the Terms of Service listed below. Upon paying for the artist's services the client agrees to the Terms of Service.

Payment

  • Full payment is required upfront.

  • Paypal only, using USD currency.

  • Ensure that you can afford/wait to commission.

  • The Commission will not be started until after payment has been confirmed.

Pricing

  • All prices are calculated to include the cost of Paypal sales fees.

  • The client will not bargain or haggle any of the prices, as they are calculated to ensure the artist gets paid adequately.

  • Prices are subject to change depending on the details/complexity of the commission.

Refunds

  • Commissions are non refundable.

  • The client will not request any Paypal chargebacks.

  • The only case a commission will be refunded is if the artist cancels the commission, resulting in a full refund.

Communication

  • The artist is regularly available between 11am – 9pm (PST) Monday through Friday. Weekends vary. The artist will respond when they are available outside of these hours.

  • If client feedback is delayed that will in turn delay the commission. It is important the artist and the client respect one another's time.

  • Delays may be caused by computer issues or the artist's personal life. With that in mind, understand that there will be times where responses may be delayed.

Approval Periods

  • Sketch Phase: 2 major changes are allowed during this period. This includes general composition, posing, and details.

  • Rendering Phase,: minor changes + detail adjustments. This includes colors, shading, and minor details.

Orders

  • The artist has the right to decline any commission.

  • References are required prior to starting the commission, especially for creating new characters/designs.

  • Each Commission Type has a set file sizes, if you wish for a custom size make sure to specify that to the artist.

  • Deadlines must be agreed upon before starting the commission.

  • Light Armor/Mecha

  • Light gore

  • Emotes

  • NSFW

Will NOT draw

  • NFTs

  • Heavy gore

  • Political Art

  • Heavily Detailed Backgrounds/Landscapes

  • Underaged Characters in any suggestive format

  • Anything Offensive or that makes me uncomfortable

Content

  • The products provided to the client are digital goods.

  • Provided color palettes may vary in the final artwork. If you wish for the commission to match a color palette perfectly let the artist know.

  • The finished commission will be rasterized in .PNG format. There is also the option of .JPEG format.

  • If there are multiple files it will be delivered via email in a ZIP file. If you would prefer it to be delivered differently let the artist know.

Rights

  • The artist retains full rights to the artwork, including posting the finished artwork on their social media platforms.

  • If the client wish for the commission to remain permanently private (this includes from being posted on any social media) there is an additional $15 fee.
